"Surprisingly easy to use"
I found what I needed really quick, which surprised me a bit. The site isn’t exactly flashy, but at least it’s easy to get around.

"Easy click and collect, but felt a bit ignored"
I ordered online and picked it up the next day without any real hassle, so that part was easy. When I got there though, I kind of felt ignored for a bit before anyone helped me, which made the experience feel less smooth than it could’ve been.

My order showed up exactly when it was supposed to, which was great. The tracking was decent and kept me in the loop. The box was a little banged up when it arrived, but everything inside was totally fine, so no complaints from me

"Info wasn’t really accurate"
I ordered a jacket from ldmountaincentre.com and the description made it sound like it would be a lot warmer then it actually is. The sizing info didn’t feel quite right either, so it didn’t fit how I expected. Delivery was fine no issue there, but it was annoying having to send it back just because the product info wasn’t clear enough.

"Good visit, but a bit rushed"
I popped into the shop to look for some boots, and the staff were really helpful with pointing me in the right direction and helping me choose a pair that fit well. The store was a bit busy, so it did feel slightly rushed at times, but overall I had a good experience and left with what I needed

I ordered from ldmountaincentre.com and thought the shipping cost was reasonable. It didn’t have that annoying feel where everything looks fine until checkout and then delivery suddenly gets expensive. The price seemed fair, the parcel arrived without any issues, and the whole thing felt straightforward. Based on that, I’d be happy to order from them again.

The emails were straightforward and easy to follow, and they got back to me quickly most of the time. One update showed up a little later than I would’ve liked, but everything was handled well overall.

"Pretty quick customer service"
I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me faster than I expected. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but they sorted it out without much back and forth. I already had a feeling they’d be decent to deal with, and this kind of confirmed it for me. I’d use them again

"They really seem to know their stuff"
Went in asking about walking boots and the staff actually knew what they were talking about, which was a nice surprise. They explained the differences without making it feel like they were just trying to sell me the priciest pair. I might be wrong, but it felt like they’ve probably tested a lot of the gear themselves. Ended up with a pair that fits great so far, so happy with it.

"Glad I Didn’t Risk Sizing Up"
I ordered a jacket from ldmountaincentre.com and the sizing was pretty much in line with the chart. I stuck with my usual size because I didn’t want to risk ending up with something too baggy and having to deal with a return, and it fit fine overall. It’s just a tiny bit snug if I wear a thicker layer underneath, but not enough to be a problem. Delivery was okay too. I’d use them again.

"Quicker than expected"
I ordered from ldmountaincentre.com and was pleasantly surprised by how fast it arrived. There was no hassle at all, I got updates along the way, and the parcel turned up in good condition. Really happy with the experience and I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered the wrong size and reached out to get it exchanged, but the whole process took way longer than it should’ve. Replies were really slow, and I had to follow up again just to keep things moving. It did get sorted eventually, but it was definitely not smooth. Just a heads up if you need an exchange, don’t expect it to be quick

"Better price than I found elsewhere"
I was looking for a specific jacket and ended up finding it cheaper here than on a few other outdoor sites. Who doesn’t like saving a bit of money, right? Delivery was perfectly fine too, nothing flashy, but it arrived without any issues. Overall, I’m happy with what I paid and I’d definitely check this shop again before buying more gear
